Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid CloudEngine Hub course enrolments invoiced by us. Website visitors who have not paid an invoice have nothing to refund. Corporate Observatory Studio engagements follow the refund and cancellation clauses in their signed statement of work when those differ from this policy.

Timeframe

For public cohorts (Lens Path and Atlas Cohort), you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the published start date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before start are assessed for partial refund only.

Full or partial refund conditions

Full refund: cancellation at least 14 days before start, or cancellation by CloudEngine Hub (schedule failure, instructor unavailability without a suitable substitute).

Partial refund: cancellation within 14 days of start but before the second live session — typically 50% of fees paid, less non-recoverable third-party tool seats if any were purchased on your behalf with prior notice.

After the second live session begins, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the remainder of the program.

Non-refundable items

Completed private workshops that have already been delivered, custom dataset preparation fees clearly itemised as non-refundable on the invoice, and third-party examination fees (if any) paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudengine-hub.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by learner or by us

Learners may cancel by written notice under the timeframes above. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated government restrictions preventing attendance may qualify for goodwill credits or deferred seats outside the standard schedule, assessed case by case.
